Mertech’s support team is here to answer your questions. To get started, log in to our support portal to submit a help ticket. A support representative will get back to you promptly.

  • If you already have an account with Mertech, you can log in and submit a ticket immediately.
  • If you’re a current customer but do not have an account, please contact the purchaser at your company and ask them to create a new support-only account for you. (This option is available under Account Maintenance > Create Contact. Select the Access Support option).
  • If you are not a current customer but need immediate help, please Contact Us. (In the Your Interest field, select Technical Support.)

  • If you are not currently a Mertech customer, you can download our white papers and try out Flex2SQL, BTR2SQL, or Flex2Crystal.
