BTR2SQL v5.0 adds many new features

Mertech Data Systems, the leading provider of high-performance ISAM to SQL Database Connectivity (ISDBC) drivers, is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of BTR2SQL.

BTR2SQL allows users of Pervasive's Btrieve® and Pervasive.SQL® transactional engines to easily function with Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, and PostgreSQL databases without requiring costly and time-consuming source level changes. The product includes both a database migration tool that will smoothly migrate a Btrieve® or Pervasive.SQL® database and a database driver that functions with the application and executes the database operations to a new SQL back-end.

BTR2SQL v5.0 includes many new features, including support for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Edition and PostgreSQL 9.1, the addition of a startup trace, improved support for the Btrieve API, and enhancements to the GUI interface and migration process.
