Mertech Data Systems Announces Acquisition of Out of the Box Consulting, Inc.

Mertech Data Systems, Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Out of the Box Consulting, Inc. The acquisition allows Mertech to expand its service offerings to include mobile application development and application migration services.

This acquisition is the first step in achieving our goal of offering more diverse and cutting edge software development services to our customers,” said Mertech CEO Riaz Merchant. “We’ve had a long and fruitful partnership with Out of the Box Consulting. Making the relationship permanent was the next logical step for us.”

Current Out of the Box Consulting customers will not see a change in their interactions with OOTBC during the transition. All current projects will continue to be managed by OOTBC and Mertech.
